More about me…

I am an accredited member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) and uphold their values and ethical framework. As part of this registration, I receive appropriate clinical supervision.

I earned both my undergraduate and master’s degrees in psychology from the University of Wales, Bangor. After spending a significant period working in the homeless sector and education, I went on to complete a Counselling Diploma of Higher Education at Waverley Abbey College (Roehampton). Most recently, I obtained a Foundation Certificate for working with Children and Young People from Dunamis, Crowborough, which qualifies me to work with individuals aged 11 and above.

I have specific training that prepares me to work with clients online or over the phone, as well as in person.
